Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
For standard (non-defective) returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs and the restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@peakpulse.us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
If the claim is approved:

A replacement will be provided at no additional cost, or

A full refund may be issued
For defective or incorrect items:

No restocking fee applies

Return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Wait for return approval and instructions

Return the original item in accordance with our return conditions
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
If the replacement item has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
If it has a lower price, a partial refund may be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The 25% restocking fee does not apply to exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must:

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
